"We went to Ohio to attend a concert. The gates opened at 2:30 and the concert began at 3:00. We arrived at the location around 1:40 and stopped in to see if there were any rooms possibly ready early. They told us no and that they would be ready closer to check in time which was 3:00. "Staff was great. Room was good, no continental breakfast instead you need to purchase breakfast from the bistro within if you want. Bistro didnt have anything we asked for on the menu not even coffee. so walked across street to McDonald's. Parking spots are in short supply."
