"Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running?

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, in the past three times I have stayed at this hotel, I have been double-charged for my room twice.
There seems to be an issue when using Expedia to pay for your stay, and then the hotel is taking your credit card for incidentals upon check-in. When they take your card they are then charging full price for your room after checkout.
I was able to fix it the first time it happened, but this past time when I was double charged I am having to...
