"I absolutely LOVE the staff here at the Holiday Inn of Covington. They are kind, courteous, helpful, and very friendly. I would like to thank Daze for going above and beyond in his kind helpful interactions last night as well as Ms. Adrienne going above and beyond in her interactions with me as well. We had an issue with Orbitz, but in the end, i'll always be an IHG hotel member! Thankful for a wonderful, restful stay!"

"Pros: Quaint, comfy, southern unique quality. Clean and quiet. Nice bar and drinks, meet up with friends. Atmosphere. Cons: Disappointed about coffee being their only excuse for a breakfast amenity. High enough charge should have included more. Check in at 4 and check out at 11 is ridiculous!"

"It nice, but it’s old, and with that comes old house problems. Water pump went out on Fri and no water until Sat evening. While it was the worst place I’ve stayed, I probably would not recommend it."
