"This was an excellent hotel for the price point. Everyone was very helpful and went the extra mile to find answers when they didn't know right away. It's in a great location and the breakfast was very generous. Also excellent air conditioning. Very quite hotel."

"I have stayed at the Ibis Novena many times (a few times a year for many years) and don't recall the room windows every being cleaned. The hotel is comfortable, clean and well situated. Clean windows would be good. Thanks."
