"Check in was fast from desk people very nice , but for the cost of a suite I expect more clean, it needs a very good deep clean, especially the tub I found some hair and bed frames was with dust "

"Hotel is comfortable, clean & just off I-70. Someone there thinks it’s a good idea to charge $14.00 to park in their parking lot. ( a service which is free at 90+ % of non- big city hotels). There is no free breakfast which is ok as their rates are modest. The parking fee is a money grab and has PISSED OFF many former regular customers. It’s bad policy and 2nd rate hospitality at a hotel that should know better. "

"We enjoyed the property very much. The complimentary wine tasting was a highlight. Gym was small and equipment didn't work well. Pool and hot tub were being renovated and not open. "

"We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town."

"It was walkable to restaurants and hiking trails. It was nice that we could park the car in the garage. The hotel is a little outdated, our bathroom shower was a little clogged took awhile to drain the water. "

"The 2 queen room worked well for my son and I. Beds were comfy and kitchenette made it easy to prep a simple breakfast. It would be tight for a family of 4. Location is great on shuttle close to town and gondola. but a bit of road noise on the west side."
