"Great room my wife and I stayed in. The view was very beautiful at night too. The downside was we didn't know if the mini fridge was on or not. The main reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was the breakfast buffet had stale bagels and no waffle maker. There were apples and oranges, but some bananas would be a nice addition as well for fruit choices. All in all, great space. Great area that's close by the Convention Center. Would love to go back when I have FanExpo come around."

"When we arrived at the time the email said we could check in, we were told they had no clean rooms available for us. The desk lady Scarlett was VERY rude when asked why. Rooms should be available at promised time. We had an event to be at and had a short time to get to our rooms and to our event on time since we had to wait. The room was pretty clean but we could tell the bathroom had not been swept at all. Then one of the 2 elevators quit working so trying to share one elevator with hundreds of...

"I liked the size of the place, and large parking lot and the fact that there were cameras there*. I liked the convenience of a restaurant downstairs with coffee. I liked that the front desk person helped me find the hotel, later in the night, when my GPS was taking me in literal circles and def the wrong exit. (That's a complaint of it's own--Google!)
I liked the staff responded when I complained about people.... (* See what I didn't like)
Because of the large houseless presence in the parking...
