"My stay at Sandman was wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed superb. Didn't use amentities (pool, fitness room), but they looked good from the doors. It would be very helpful if the hotel had a free shuttle from and to the airport. Just a suggestion. I also suggest microwaves in each room"

We were seated our order was taken, our drinks were brought then our server just disappeared. "Unfortunately the place was not as advertise. We got a lower grade room for the pool and the pool was dirty. That Jacuzzi water was a different color. Also, there was a few different insects in our room one on the bed one in the bathroom. The paint was peeling up in the bathtub and when we got there, there was only one towel. The breakfast was OK. It would be nice if it’s switched. It was eggs and sausage every day it’s kind of repetitive."

"Had a girls weekend trip and our stay was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious. Very quiet area. The room was bigger than we expected which was nice. Coffee maker in room and if you need more coffee pods just ask. We will definitely stay again."

NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND HOW THE HOTEL WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 5 PEOPLE, AND WHEN ARRIVED THEY NOT ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY FAMILY ACCORDING TO MY RESERVATION. I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION, SINCE I HAVE THE SAME RESERVATION FOR JUNE 27"

"Great clean hotel which is the most important to me. They had a nice breakfast as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was a terrible smell in the stairwell and near the elevator on the second floor. But we couldn’t smell it in our room."
