"The breakfast was satisfactory.
We had no interaction with the staff after checking in.
My issue is that the building is not clearly marked. We drove around it several times trying to figure out where the entrance was or whether we were even in the right place."

"This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. "
