"The billing practices leave something to be desired. As I have receipts showing I paid in full and yet my card has been charged 5 times in one day for a balance due. When I called to discuss this with them the manager stated it’s hard for customers to understand but it’s just how they hold funds. I understand how a hold works. I don’t understand why they still charged my card 5 times in one day when I discussed with three employees they should wait for the weekend to see if their hold goes back...

"Put on 7th floor with a person in a wheelchair. No microwave in the room. Walk in shower door was very hard to open whether inside or outside of the shower. The fee on my card at the check in was understandable. But they didn't tell me that they were doing it. I had to see it on my banking app. Would not stay there again."
