"Over all rating I would say it was a bit disappointing. The property is self was not as nice as your photographs on the web. Restaurant and bar was always closed, showers by the beach exit and entrance did not work so there was no way to rinse the sand off of someone either stand in the pool or completely get in. The room and hallway to our room had a wet dirty smell to it. Bathroom shower had very low water pressure when showering I mean low pressure, and then there’s the view we were placed on...

"BEDBUGS were present when I came at the end of April 2026. My children and I were bitten, and fortunately I knew what to do to avoid bringing them home with me. The property was lovely before that experience, and I can speak highly of the hot tub, and access to the beach. The outside balcony attached to the room is lovely, so spring for oceanfront if you can! Not a terrible property, but I had to wash everything including my bags and I am traumatized during my stay. "The rates were higher because it was during a music festival, which I don’t mind. But when I pay higher rates I expect to at least have a hotel stay that doesn’t involve the loss of electricity for over 12 hours.
