"Staff was amazing super nice they were always down to help"

"Convenient location"

"The location is great because it’s in walking distance of Reliant Stadium. The hotel rooms are old and need to be updated. The lobby area is nice, the bar and Starbucks are great. The rest of the facility needs fixing up. Just make it more appealing to guests. We had to be moved from our first room due to ants… they were everywhere."

"The property is very nice. The shuttle service is so helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Courteous staff. The restaurant is that only reason I gave it 4 stars. If you get it to go as there is no room service offered presentation is a mess and the food was mediocre. This does not include the breakfast buffet. It’s good with variety. So had I not chosen to eat dinner 5 stars all the way."

"The location was in walking distance to the event we attended and close to bars and restaurants. Very close to metro rail transit. The room was small but cozy. We loved the modern, industrial feel. There was no fridge or microwave but the shower was hot. We had two free drinks on check-in, but 12 oz beers were $10 each, Valet was $50 which is pretty consistent for the downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"such a good stay for my first solo trip!"
