"Great"

"The front desk staff was rude. They said check in was at 4 even though my confirmation said 3. But they let other guests check in and told me because I had used Expedia that I had to wait. I’m a Hilton Honors reward member but he said he was too busy to get my free water bottle even though the case near the desk was full of water. My toilet was dirty. They had not cleaned the bathroom. When I called down he put me on hold 3 times. He told my friend basically if we didn’t like it we could find a...

"Went into my room and it was full of bugs, didn’t know ehat they were until I got a close up and saw they were baby roaches. Immediately left the hotel and never went back. Room smelled like cigarettes and just overall disgusting. Will never refer someone here"

"This was my favorite trip that I’ve ever taken because of how wonderful the hotel was!!! I will absolutely be coming back!"

"Great hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean with complimentary water which was helpful. Wish restaurant stayed open a bit longer but not a big deal."

"Great stay...I always stay here."

"Complimentary breakfast outstanding! Friendly clean environment."

"This is a nice hotel. We chose it for its location and its on-sight EV Chargers. When we arrived both chargers were blocked by gas powered cars. Both parking spaces were clearly marked for EV Charging only. We told the manager that we would like to charge on sight so we could continue our travels in the morning. He was not willing to help with getting either of the vehicles moved."

"The property itself was very clean, as was the room. The room did not have a clock or a pen, which is a bit of an anoyance. Two biggest complaints, breakfast in not included and is $10, and doesn't start until 7am on a saturday. I got up at 6am to take a shower and there was no hot water, zero. This was a deal breaker for me. I travel to Beaver Creek twice a year. I will find another hotel for my trip in March 2027."

"Everything was amazing. I booked to stay another night!"
