"I want to get this straight the low stars is specifically for expedia!!!! This is the last time im ever using expedia!!!!! This is now the second time I've paid extra for a hotel mind you not even the same hotel not even in the same state. I paid extra for a large room with a hot tub/jacuzzi. "The outside and lobby were very nice and well maintained. Free popcorn is a plus! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Tv was a little small but we were in town for a wedding and didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again if we find ourselves back in Lancaster."

"The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were of poor quality and very soft and flat. A free continental breakfast would have been nice."
