"We were not there for very long. The room was fine. We noticed the counter in the bathroom may not have been totally wiped clean, but everything else was very clean. We didn't have much interaction with people on staff other than checking in and out, but they were helpful and pleasant. The place was packed, and everyone seemed to be having a good time at the bar and restaraunt."

"Modern and clean hotel in a convenient location. Excellent breakfast. Only down side is $24 per night for parking outside."

"The room was fine. The air/heat unit didn’t work. Took a while to find a garbage can, even in the bathroom (we finally found a small one under the desk). The sheets didn’t seem to stay on the bed edges but the bed itself was comfortable enough. Did the job after a long day of traveling. Parking wasn’t awesome but what do you expect downtown. Bummer it was an extra $27 a night to find out after we booked."

"I was very disappointed in my stay. The elevators were broke and I had to walk 10 flights of stairs three different times with my suitcases and different items after I had foot surgery 18 months ago, I will never stay at another high-end Sheridan in the history of my life."
