"I rented a room for the evening for my sons hockey tournament we checked in and our room and our teammates room had bed bugs we went to desk to inform staff and they went up to room and argued that it was just dirty not bed bugs well I know what bed bugs look like and to find out 6 day ago a review came in that they had bed bugs. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. iew out the window wasn't great but that's ok. Felt safe. Price was right, I do recommend "

"This historical building is beautifully kept. Were were visiting my student at CWRU. It would also be a great stay if you were visiting the museums of Cleveland. The staff was lovely. The rooms were clean. The building was well maintained. Breakfast was delicious."

"Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. Not a whole lot of options or choices on the breakfast buffet."
