"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim. -There's no WiFi connection. -There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online. -There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management. Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

The aircon is good. Limited electrical sockets, only one socket. The bathroom doesn't drain because the drain is higher than water flow so it became a small lake. No restaurant. WiFi really slow in room, but is just ok outside. Lots of cigarette butts outside around pool even though it says a smoke free...
