Phil was so helpful and was able to give us a room for two nights. All the staff we interacted with were delightful and Josh spent time helping me get the right documentation for reimbursement. "We booked a one night stay here after a flight cancellation. We did not last more than an hour in here. The room was dingy, and smelled of food. The hotel itself is very old and in need of some serious upgrading. TV’s in the room did not work and the remote control had a plastic bag over it. TURN DOWN SERVICE OCCURS EVERY THREE DAYS AT THIS HOTEL - that is a serious red flag. We handed in our room key and left. Also, the area is not the best. Don’t book here."

"The room was very comfortable, and big for a downtown hotel. Bathroom spacious. Staff exceptionally nice, willing to accommodate and eager to help. Location is very convenient with plenty brunch places restaurants shops and pharmacies I will probably stay here again in my next trip to Chicago."
