"We checked in late at night and when we arrived there were two women working the counter but only checking in one person at a time. So I had To wait because the person in front of me didn’t have a reservation and was trying to get one. Second, the room was falling apart. Literally! The beds, the floors and the walls were all falling apart. The air conditioning never really kicked on and we were hot all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff wasn’t wearing gloves at all to move...

"Overall our stay was good. Check in was easy and quick, the area was good. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
The only thing that was meh was the water. In the shower, sink, and especially the toilet the water looked murky and concerning like the water wasn't clean water."

"This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future."
