"The morning staff older gentleman was not pleasant, or helpful. He never spoke and we stayed here for four nights. Also, when we arrived, we waited thirty minutes at the front desk for assistance. The employee stated he was the only one working so he kept getting called. We were tired from the drive and had two dogs with us. They need to have the front desk covered when guests are checking in."

"I didn’t like this hotel the parking sucks everything was outdated and the pictures make it look way better than it truly does in person. The beds were so uncomfortable curtains didn’t open all the way I would never book again"

"Staff was great , atmosphere was great
Room was pretty clean except the blanket on the first bed and one of the towels but overall 9/10 would definitely stay again"

"Only problem is that i am invalid and almost fell twice in shower. I asked for ada accessibility room and was told none available. I think she lied to me
But she sent up a bath rubber mat for shower and a stool to sit in. Which turned into another disaster
All your rooms should have grab bars at a minimum
I never took another shower too risky
If you want to stay on best hotels in usa fix it
Every room should have grab bars"

"Very quaint location, could use more sand less grass behind the hotel but otherwise beautiful, they had a cute little sand area with hammock swings, but it would’ve been nice to have sand in front of the water for children to play otherwise very nice kitchenette and bathroom size. We ate at the lighthouse, but they were out of most of the fish, which is why we like to come to the beaches for fresh fish, but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that they had parking available for us on site....

"I Love the Hyatt it was amazing. It was our first time staying at the Hyattt.It was wondering! Just amazing. We were visiting our 88 year old aunt. Embassy Suites, Westgate, nor the Sheraton have nothing on the Hyatt. The staff was excellent very good customer service skills! Especially the young man who kept the food for breakfast replenish the, tables clean, the food area was kept clean. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant great personality! He worked there for 4 or five years...
