"I was in my room for 5 minutes and found many dead roaches under the bed, so I left immediately but at least they gave me no issues on a refund. This place is not clean and the part of town is questionable."

"Rooms are decent for the price point. Low review is due to hotels unwillingness to work with you if you book through expedia. We had a change in plans that resulted in 3 unused nights for 3 rooms. I made the staff aware ahead of time of the change and they said no problem. Now they told expedia they would not refund the rooms for the unused nights even with the advanced notice."

"It's a large hotel, rooms are a good size. However, they are in need of updating. It seems that hasn't been done in quite some time (the microwave had dials!). Water pressure in the sinks was insanely strong, but it was still weak in the shower. Staff was nice, enjoyed the nightly free cocktail and snack reception. Didn't visit the pool (though we would have if there had been a hot tub)."

"The room felt a bit outdated, but it was still in good condition overall. One downside is that breakfast is not included—you have to pay $16 if you want it. "Great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely lovely and big and CLEAN!!!!!! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely will stay there again. My son has move to the area and when we a hotel room this will be our go to place."
