"The hotel is easy to get to and is located in a central location near metro station, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and house keeping was by request only. The hotel floor carpeting is old and looked dirty in most areas. Breakfast is provided but is very basic. There's garage parking available in the basement. Overall good hotel but they can improve on some things."

"I feel this particular property has declined a bit. We stayed 3 nights. Room was never cleaned. We put towels in hallway as directed - they were not replaced. Had no towels at all, try calling front desk they don’t answer. Had to go there at 10pm after a long day to ask for some. The lighting in the room and bathrooms are entirely too dim. Breakfast is not how I remembered it in the past, but there are just sooo many people with all the school trips I guess they do their best. I just feel that...

"The rooftop pool was great! We also liked the breakfast buffet. The air conditioning units needed some attention. We had to move rooms once because it quit working. Once moved, the unit still sounded terrible but it did work! Overall though it was a very nice hotel and very clean."
