"My flight was delayed. I contacted the property to notify them that I would not arrive until 1/2am. I was told a note would be made on my account and check-in at the desk. When I arrived to check-in, I informed the woman that there is a note on my account that I would be late to check-in. They woman asked me 5 times what time did I check-in. Then she couldn’t find my reservation. When she found it, she claimed no notes were on the reservation. It took 20 mins just to get through check-in. That same morning I came downstairs and asked for house keeping to come clean the hotel room. I was told they would. I came back later that day. Housekeeping never came. Everyday I was there I asked for them to come clean the room and they did not. The hallways on the floor we were on smelled like poop the entire time of the stay. I’m complained about the smell. I was told someone would look into it. Nothing was done. I would never stay here again."

"The swimming area was nice except that there was no staff rounding and there was a young group of men and women who were loud, drinking alcohol, vaping and had a boom box with non-family friendly music. It was off putting and looked as there was no security cameras on the pool. And the lack of towels in the swimming area."
