"The hotel is a bit older and I get that. A couple of things, the room I was put in didn't have a remote for the TV. I called and the gentlemen who answered wasn't able to help. There was a piece in the A/C unit that was missing. When I came back from dinner, the A/C Unit made a loud noise. I went to the front and showed the lady there a video I made and she upgraded me to a suite. I appreciated that, but the new room also had an A/C unit with loud noise. "Great location near US 70 and Swope Park/Starlight Amphitheater. Easy check in and out with helpful staff. Room was clean but faced US 70 under construction and was somewhat noisy. Hotel is older but was in decent condition. Good price. I would stay here again for short term stays."
