"We found the staff at this hotel to be exceptional! Everyone was so kind,helpful and pleasant! The front desk staff was friendly and very efficient. "I cannot even being to explain just how friendly the staff are. The staff working the buffet were SO pleasant, coming around with huge smiles to make small talk and emphasize that if you need anything at all to let them know. The complimentary breakfast, dinner, and the drink coupons (one free, two for $1 each) were awesome each day at happy hour. The room was clean and quiet and the staff held our luggage after checkout until our conference was done for the day. Would 100% stay here again. "

"Each time I went to the desk there was no one there. I spent 2 night there. the maids never came to my room and replaced the towels I had used the day before.
