"The pool was cold. The hot tub was great. Stingy with checkout time. Continental breakfast was ok. The resort is beautifully decorated with plants and trees galore. Front desk/lady was slow and cumbersome by having guest fill out a registration form. And about 5 guests ahead of us and no backup help was there."

"Pros: super friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Appreciated the complementary breakfast buffet. Cons: We tried to order room service for dinner and the restaurant was so busy that they basically told us to go elsewhere. Location - felt kind of out there (but, perfectly nice & safe)."
