"Midtown Niseko was a great base for skiing in the Niseko area. We stayed four nights in the hotel, so had a good chance to see it in action. The facility was clean, well maintained and staff were very polite and helpful in all of our interactions. The hotel is a stop on the free shuttle bus between Grand Hirafu and Hanazono, which was incredibly convenient. The rooms, while small, were efficiently laid out and with space-maximizing storage closets. The beds were hard as bricks, but I travel with an air mattress, so was able to mitigate this somewhat. The breakfast buffet was varied and provided a lot of food options. All round a hearty endorsement of the Midtown Niseko Hotel."

"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we were lucky to experience the fireworks show right from the hotel, which made the evening extra special. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the beauty of Lake Toya. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"
