"First room they put us in the fridge was still in a box and when my girlfriend went to use the shower it ended up flooding the floor in this room called the front desk and within a couple minutes they were outting us in a differwnt room and had absolutly no issues with the second room. They took great care of us and had no issues after the switch"

"We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. "Check in was extremely delayed. The front desk team were doing their best. There was a massive back up with turning the rooms over which backed up the check in process. Once in the room the mattress was TERRIBLE!!! I had to take pillows and make a bed on the floor. It was my worst experience. I stayed there many years ago when the property first became a Hyatt house and it was an amazing experience. It became my preferred property when in town but after this I will not be reserving here again...
