"Super convenient location 5 mins walk from tram no 1 in one direction and Central station in the other. Quiet and safe streets. Our room was in another building nearby and well appointed. Really quiet and good air conditioning which really mattered as we arrived in a heatwave. Very comfortable bed. Recommend the restaurant called tram tram for original and tasy food."

"This was a great property. We stayed here the night before we had to take a trip from Milan. It’s steps from the metro. The neighborhood was good to shop / walk around during the day. Hotel was extremely clean. There was an elevator for luggage. Front desk / bar staff was there to help a few times that we went down and needed something. And a great continental breakfast in the morning."

"The stay at as very good overall. The room is small but was perfect for my needs. The air conditioning works but is inconsistent where it shuts in and off during the night. No noise from it but you could feel the changes. I understand the complaints about the noise from the tram. I slept through it but if you are a light sleeper you might get frustrated. The staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again."

"One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the air conditioning amenity, however, they have the remote for the AC in a case screwed to the wall so that you cannot fully access it. And we only able to get the unit to actually run for 10-15 minutes then it would shut off. Spent a miserable night having to get up about once per hour just to reset it come on again. The hotel shouldn’t advertise that it has AC and charge rates accordingly if it isn’t going to allow customers to utilize the AC...
