"Clean, friendly, accommodating"

"Checkin was very easy, room air conditioning was great. One of the elevators was out of order and from what someone said, it has been for a week. No water in the lobby. Breakfast was good, but coffee took a long time to refill, as was milk for cereal. Tables in lobby were never cleaned. Right now, it’s 2.5 hours past breakfast, and tables are still dirty!"
