"Was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had originally booked it because it was one of the cheaper rates compared to a few other nearby hotels. Ended up liking this place better than one of the nearby Hyatt properties I also stayed at on this trip. Was able to check in quite early which was a great surprise especially considering I know the hotel was fully booked the previous night. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable, but also well-decorated and had some charm to it. Nice...

"The bathtub was not draining, so I contacted the front desk. The lady there advised me to be patient until tomorrow morning when a maintenance guy would be available. They couldn’t even offer an alternative solution, like moving us to another room or providing compensation. Finally, a maintenance guy arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did a great job. On the other downside, there were also a few minor malformations in the room."

"The location is great! It is waking distance to concerts at Marymoor Park. The staff was wonderful!
The room supplies were bare-bones. The soap was tiny. The sheets and towels were clean, but rough. The tissues and toilet paper were thin. The breakfast was also sparse. The place could have been great with a few comfort upgrades."
