"This property is very run down. My room had an old musk to it. I traveled all day and went to a conference then went back to my room to settle down and nothing worse than a cold shower that won’t heat up. Staff was nice about it and were very nice entire stay but would not stay here again especially for the very very high prices I paid per night. Rooms need renovations bad."

"We flew into O'Hara late at night and discovered that the shuttle doesn't operate after Midnight so we had to grab a taxi, which added to the cost. Then the front desk told us the shuttle was full when we needed to go back to the airport the next morning so we ended up not using the shuttle at all and had extra expense due to that.
