"Very Cleaning updated. All Around excellent experience. The only minor dings were the shower has a sliding glass door. The first panel is fixed. You have to go through the open panel in order to turn on the water so you get hit with cold water if you're not careful. Also the rooms are very nicely updated and I wonder why they didn't put in comfort height toilets instead of the old school Lowriders. The other Positive significantly outweigh these two little minuses. It will be my go to near JFK."

"The bunkbeds are good and very clean. Only thing is that there is a communal shared bathroom with no sink located in the hallway. The sinks are in the room and the bathroom is down the hall. Not too much of a struggle but something to consider if you want more privacy."

"The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly. We arrived at the hotel before our check-in and were able to leave our luggage. The king room was clean and fairly spacious, with microwave and fridge. The hotel is conveniently located close to subway, Time Square and walking distance to main food and shopping areas. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend."

"Breakfast was all store bought nothing was fresh at all maybe except the omelet which they don’t make daily. Nice staff and fast communication through phone messages. The hotel does get busy so taking the elevator would take up to 15 minutes. Rooms were sort of clean and cleaning service didn’t do much other than change sheets and take trash out. "

"The hotel felt safe, and was in a great location for subway access, as well as walkable shops. The room itself was as pictured, but the floor was quite dirty. We had to wear shoes and slippers so as not to touch it. We could easily hear people talking in the hallway from several doors away, with our own door shut."
