"Our stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites Plainfield left a lot to be desired. While we able to check-in early, upon arrival we had to call for the desk attendant. No one was at the desk most of the time, but I also belive the whole place was being staffed by one individual. Our room's cleanliness needed to be much improved. We arrived to no towels, and after asking at the desk three times, we finally got towels the following morning. Many surfaces were quite dusty, the bathroom grout/shower had soap scum build up and mold, and hair dryer was unusable. The beds were decently comfortable, but covered by a "duvet" created with two flat sheets with a thin blanket in between. The continental breakfast was subpar with minimal options, and the area itself was not kept very clean throughout the morning."
