"This was deemed a non smoking room. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. I came to Saratoga because my son had emergency surgery. I was exhausted by the time I got to my room, so I did not request a replacement room. I have stage 4 cancer, so this was very important it was a non smoking room. I was completely uncomfortable and left at 5:30 am. I explained to the agent at the desk and she just said ok. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed."

"We went to the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & indoor waterpark and were greeted by a smile. Her name is Nicole, one of the greatest employee there. They are lucky to have her as a member of their team. She is helpful, attentive, cheerful and efficient. We loved every minute of our stay. Thanks to Nicole for making it so memorable. The waterpark, arcade and kids club is amazing. And we loved that the hotel is walking distance to the Six Flags amusement park. Great memories for families with kids....

"The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the attendant did an excellent job ensuring that everything was well stocked while keeping the dining area clean and organized.
However, the hotel is showing its age and would benefit from significant renovations. There was a strong odor in the hallways, mold was visible along the bottom of the shower, and the shower door did not close properly, allowing water to leak onto the bathroom floor....

"The hotel was in immaculate condition and very attractive design. It would not be
possible to say anything negative.
We especially enjoyed our breakfast on the morning we left. We asked for some
modification from the printed menu, and the chef came out to our table to make
sure that we were satisfied.
I was a bit surprised that there seemed to be so few guests in the hotel."
