"The staff are so wonderful, kind, and attentive. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The rooms however have gone down in quality since I stayed here 3 years ago. The bed was fine, comfortable enough and clean. However the bathroom looks like it was remodeled by a sloppy teenager. "Breakfast was 👎. Noise was 👎. Room was not sealed and was dirty. The door has been kicked in so it wouldn't latch to lock, or open from the hallway. Dirty carpet and walls. The mattress on the fold out sofa was absolutely disgusting. Stained, dirty, brown and yellow, and stunk. Looks like it's never been cleaned since the 60s. It was mortifying. Do not stay in room 234."

"So, I really only stayed here because someone gave me a Marriott gift card and it had quite a bit on it that would be good for a few nights or more. I’ve used it once before and had trouble using it then and this time they did as well and were not helpful or considerate. They still ended up charging my card and said it was too late to fix.
I would have stayed somewhere cheaper if I didn’t have this gift card. This was the cheapest Marriott in the area for the time I was there. It was clean,...

"The staff are very friendly people. The hotel was recently updated. The cleaning service was not super consistent and we ran out of things multiple times. The breakfast also was understaffed and ran out of key items multiple times. Other than that, the location is great for proximity to BYU and the beds are pretty comfortable. They also enjoyed the walking trail behind the hotel."
