"Ett trevligt hotell till ett mycket fördelaktigt pris! Vårt rum var en svit, med mycket gott om plats. På bottenvåningen finns en restaurang som är öppen dygnet runt, med traditionell arbetarmat, mycket god och ofattbart billig. Kaffet är gott. Alldeles utanför hotellet finns en stor och riklig frukt- och grönsaksmarknad. På minussidan är att sängen inte har samma komfort som rummet i övrigt; den har begränsad fjädring. Det tar över en halvtimma att ta sig till centrum via spårvagn och...

"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

"Since there was but only 1 other review of this hotel, I wanted to give equal justice. The only negative point was of the location of receiving the key. My Fiance had made a call a few days ahead of our arrival to confirm our dates as requested by the Apt. staff. In an alley that was controlled by a watchman made the location of the Apartment feel safer. Great location to the Metro station and other good quality cafe's and other shops. The room was recently remodeled and look to be in good shape...

"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"
