"the hotel was fine but was a little annoyed about the $16 a day parking fee. it's not like this is the downtown location where you have to pay for parking anywhere. what if i had ubered to the hotel? you did not know if i parked there or not, you just assumed. and there was a $1 a day contribution to a charity...what charity? "There were a few issues during my stay. 1) My room was not ready at 4 PM. I waited an additional hour to check in. However, the front desk staff apologized and made amends by giving me a late check-out at 2 PM. 2) The ice machine was not working on my floor. I went one floor down and the ice machine was not working on that floor as well. 3) The palm tree outside my balcony almost completely blocked the view of the fountain. However, I enjoyed my stay and really liked how pretty the hotel was. I...
