"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"We recently had a fantastic family stay at this hotel in room 260 with an amazing sea view. With two young kids (ages 4 and 7), the all-inclusive option was perfect, and the food was consistently delicious. "It was not hard to find but was down a somewhat deserted road a couple of blocks so felt slightly uncomfortable walking from the port. Lovely property! Small suggestion - add table lights to he roof top patio. Enjoyed our stay!"

"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". The equipment was good for our short stay and the balcony...
