"Great location and helpful staff. Good coffee stand in lobby for a quick breakfast. Easy walk to PNC park for ballgames. Pool area a little smaller than it looks in the photos but kids had fun. Double beds not queens, so tight for 4 at night."

"Wouldn’t know specifically emailed the facility in advance to verify we could check in after midnight due to our flight times. Got there to check in at 3:45 am and was told after midnight we are late, no check in after midnight and no refunds. But if I wanted I could pay another $250 to sleep from 3:45 am to 10 am?!?!? WHAT?!? So essentially $500 for 6 hours. Unacceptable. Side note the guys who kept driving us back and forth from the airport to the hotel were fantastic."

"The pictures of the property are very misleading. You would thing the 6 out of 10 rating they received was not correct. Then you arrive and begin questioning your choice of hotel. I arrived at night. I passed the road sign because the sign wasn’t working. Once I found the road to the hotel I was shocked how poorly maintained it was. There were huge potholes and I had to take it slow. Once arriving to the hotel I was surprised to find there was no continental breakfast or for that matter any food...

"Clear curtains were very dirty at the bottom in room 415. The carpet in the whole 4th floor has ripples and looks to have been damaged. Due to the carpet issue the door to the room was very hard to open - had there been an emergency not sure we would have been able to get out swiftly . Room was very clean , roomy and clean .Staff was very friendly and did a great job with the volume that was going thru for the concert. No time to enjoy the amenities but would definitely stay here again 9/10...

"The room was clean and seemed well maintained. Noise of the traffic nearby was extremely loud at night. Breakfast was good and the staff maintaining it was excellent. Parking was a little difficult. We returned around 10 PM and got lucky in finding a spot to park. Others were pretty much making parking out of areas that weren't really spots. For $27 a night, I shouldn't get a spot by luck. Overall though the hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast good, and very convenient with location."
