"The staff was not friendly. We were waiting about 30 min in bar to be seated and reminded a stuff 3 times! We explained our friends about to leave and we can seat instead. They said no. "Electricity in our room was not working. The room was not checked before we checked in. We could not open bedroom windows to get fresh air, since bedroom was small and not fresh. There was a weird sound in the room like tık tik tik. İt was coming from the floor or wall woods. We could not understand the source but it was disturbing in the middle of the night. "Our first room was not cleaned when we went in so they moved us to another room. In the new room there was no body wash in the shower. Breakfast was underwhelming with limited options and what was there was dry and tasted old. There were no towels in the pool area and when asked they brought hand towels not even big enough to dry off a 6 year old! Not the experience we are used to for this brand of hotel. "
