"Check in would have been lovely if they allowed me to pay for early check in but they stated I book an accessible room on Expedia & can’t change room type. So I waited 7hrs in a rental vehicle with a surprise from my menstrual which I did express to them. The staff was ok. Room didn’t get clean but I get it it was only two nights. Breakfast was also ok. Grits hit the spot. Parking is limited and must be paid at the end of your stay."

"Hotel staff was nice. Arrived tired and not feeling well. Hotel was dark at best as far as lighting both in the morning and at night inside the hotel. AC unit was very cold and operated in an efficient manner but fan blew at regional jet speed and right on the bed located 1 inch from it. Room and view was awesome. Spacious and full kitchen. Restaurant looked nice. Great location DT Rome."
