"This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past.
The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs."

"The place was lovely, but I would add a mattress topper to the master and second bedroom. The bed was a brick. Also, the second bathroom could use a deep clean. The couch was confortable, but also could use a deep clean. The ice machine didn't work, but there was a bag of ice in the freezer which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well supplied although we didn't use it at all. The booklet of information was complete and easy to follow. The internet worked fairly well. Also, there was one night...
