There is no elevator so plan accordingly It has only 2 levels At end of a long hike day it took a little to get up that flight. "Let me start with a word of caution this is not the Zion National Park Lodge located within the park. This lodge is located in Springdale just outside the park. That said the lodge is clean well kept and a short walk to the free shuttle into the park. There are many restaurants and food choices as well as shopping within walking distance. I thought I was booking with Zion National Park Lodge but was pleased in the end."

"The Hyatt Place was very clean with a modern feel, the lobby was spacious and welcoming, same amenities and theme as other Hyatt Place hotels. They even have a bar area for late night drinks. The rooms are very spacious, well lit, with lots of outlets and plenty of storage and shelving areas, it even had a nice closet. The hotel had a pretty good breakfast selection with many options to choose from, definitely more than what other hotels offer. Their dining area had multiple tables and couches...

"Don’t trust the previous reviews! It’s an excellent place to stay, everything from location, cleanliness, price, security and even aesthetics! Excellent location and practical. It seems it has been recently renovated, we arrived late and the self check in was seamless. The lobby has water, a microwave and spare towels and toilet paper if in need, it’s open 24/7. After hours of hiking my fiance and I relaxed in the tub and it was amazing!"
