"Dirty! Cup rings on many different surfaces around the room, crumbs on the cup shelf, dirty coffee mug put on shelf, dried food in sink, hair on shower walls. You could tell cleaners did the toilet, shower floor and sink and left. Ask for a clean room and was given one 2 floor down. This unfortunately did not accommodate our disabled person. Was told the cleaners “must have been lazy/ fast clean job”. Front desk staff very nice though. Breakfast was cold, out of stuff and was lacking. We...

"Veey friendly staff at front desk and breakfast area. Smooth checkin. Room is uniquely designed. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. Bathtub was very old and grout was very mouldy. "Some of the front staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean, but trash bags were not placed in garbage cans and the safe beeped non-stop. The extra cost buffet was average. I would not spend money on that again. The power was off and on, which was not in their control, but the front desk staff could have been more forthcoming with information. Also, they did not allow anyone early check-ins at all. I don’t understand why they can’t get any rooms ready before 4. "
