"$280 a night for a run down hotel with no hot water in the sink, and only intermittent lukewarm water with low pressure in the shower. Property was run down, there were hairs on the towels, and the sheets didn't look clean. What a ripoff!"

"Pool and Hot Tub heater was broken so it was unusable. One of the elevators was broken. Our ice machine was broken.
Our room didn't have body wash stocked up which makes me think they didn't check before we checked in.
The front desk assigned us the wrong room and the keys didn't work so we had to clarify everything.
Paid $25 for valet and they didn't ask for any information and could've given our car to anyone who said it was theirs."

"My brother was in room 304 handicap room , with his wife, no place in the bathroom to plug in the hair blower. I was in 303, put awake up call for 5 am. No phone call, thank god I set my phone. Breakfast was ok, but the sausage was so burnt it was had to cut it with a knife."

"Biggest issue was parking - pay too much for valet and I parked my own car even… since it is in front of the hotel. Menu was good but limited. I unfortunately stayed when they were industrial cleaning carpets. Pool was closed and staff couldn’t tell me if or when it would open.
