"The Hotel was absolutely 100% rude & unprofessional. My wife & I decided to get a room downtown for a friends 40th birthday. Check in wasn't untill 4pm... we showed up at 9.pm giving them plenty of time to have our room together & ready. We walk in luggage in hand ready to have a good everything together with some friends only tonbe told they have no room available for us anymore.. we were left to scramble @ 930 on a Saturday downtown to find other accommodations. Completely unacceptable. 0...

"We asked for rooms that would accommodate 5 people. We got 2 rooms with each having 1 full sized bed.
We asked for a cot - "we don't have those"
We asked for extra blankets - "there aren't any"
We asked for extra pillows - "there aren't any"
I unpacked my bag and slept on a pile of clothes on the floor with my wife and 8 year old in the bed in my room. My two adult sisters shared a full sized bed.
These rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Room 511 smelled like an ashtray.

"The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. The breakfast situation was a bit misleading. The had a restaurant on site and you can pay for breakfast. It was subpar. Only one person working in the kitchen at the time of my stay so the wait time was fairly long. The remote in my room did not work for the duration of my stay and even had someone come in to try to fix it with no success. I was unable to watch television for all 3 nights. The Shuttle to and from the airport was smooth sailing and...
