"We booked a double queen room and when we open the room door there were suitcases there. So we ended up with a king room.

"No hair dryer in the room, asked at Front Desk and their response was only that some rooms have them, some don't. Reservation for 3 adults and towels provided for just 2 people - asked and Front Desk didn't seem to understand that each adult requires their own bath towel. Bed sheet with hole in it - clearly visible when bed was made. Housekeeping inconsistent. One day missed completely. Another day the bathroom was done but bed not made."

"The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs...
