"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

The location for a none driver was beyond compare,on floor 2 there was direct access to an entire wonderful shopping centre with everything you could ever desire and turn left at shopping centre and you at kuala lumpur's sentral station with quick access to all major sights and very excellent link to the airport and theres even the coach station underneath with its own connection to the hotel. "I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times. I love this hotel because of the location! It is only 3-4 minutes away from Petronas Twin Tower, and Avenue K mall is just like 2-3 minutes away. The room is quite spacious, clean, and basically good. Breakfast menu is good, especially the juices. Loving the guava juice. The room price is relatively cheap comparing to the location they are at."

"Very nice and clean hotel room. good food and nearby night club along with food street. You can choose which night life you want .. LOL :-) But be carefull when you bring your children walking after working hour since so many ladies and event lady boys on the way to the street food area at Jalan Alor, it might make them uncomfortable. The hotel room is very very comfort and clean. Love it "

"The room I stayed on the 15th floor is very clean and specious. WiFi speed has been faster than 6 month ago. The speed is more than 100 Mbps. The view from the room is very beautiful. However, laundry service price has been increased. It is better to go to a coin laundry near the hotel. Also, be careful of the parking per entry. Overall, the price is reasonable. "
