When I walked in the kitchen, I said where is the freezer? Betsy said no freezers in the one bedroom apartments. I said we are in the area for 3 weeks and I need a freezer for my food and I also need ice. Betsy, at the front desk was lovely. She took my freezer bag to the Westin Hotel and got a bucket of ice for me. The ac was not working...
