"Great place! Very convenient with their shuttle service! The rooms can have some good deep cleaning, such as washing the curtains, cleaning the sticky carpet, and take the hair out of the drain of the shower. For $500 a night I would have expected at least that! "

"My hotel king bed, two-room suite was fabulous. The 2nd room had a queen or king pull-out sofa bed. A 55" flat-screen tv in both rooms. There was a fridge and microwave hidden behind a closed-cabinet door. Also coffee and bottled water. A clean, spacious bathroom that came with enough towels, body lotion and soap, shampoo/conditioner, and blow dryer. No shower cap. Also bedroom closet came with a safe, iron and board. Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. "They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it.
